This notice explains how information is used when you visit isyncflow.com or contact iSyncFlow about our services. iSyncFlow is based in Greece and provides website and related services, mainly to businesses. Contact us about this notice or your personal information at info@isyncflow.com.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your email address, name and any information you choose to include, such as your business, project requirements and contact details. Please send only what is relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive personal information or passwords.
We use this information to respond, discuss your project, prepare proposals and keep a record of our correspondence. Where you are personally considering a contract with us, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. For correspondence with representatives of businesses, the basis is our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries and managing those relationships. Applicable legal obligations can also require us to retain certain records.
How long we keep enquiry emails
Unsuccessful project enquiries are kept for three years after our last substantive correspondence, then deleted. If an enquiry becomes a client relationship, relevant correspondence becomes part of the client record. Records needed for a legal obligation or an actual dispute can be retained for the applicable obligation or claim. Contact us if you want to ask about a particular record or request earlier deletion.
When you browse the website
The website does not offer customer accounts, online purchases, a newsletter signup or a contact form. Its contact links open your email application. We have not installed advertising pixels, visitor analytics or session-recording tools.
Delivering and protecting the website involves processing technical information such as your IP address, browser information and requested pages through the hosting infrastructure. This supports our legitimate interest in operating a reliable and secure website. Infrastructure log retention is managed by the hosting providers; the three-year enquiry period above does not apply to their technical logs.
Cookies and device storage
The current website uses security and preference functions, rather than advertising cookies. Fonts, icons and website artwork are served with the website; visiting this page does not request fonts from Google Fonts.

You can block cookies or remove stored site data through your browser settings. Removing the motion preference resets it to your device's default preference. Blocking security cookies can affect access. See Cloudflare's cookie documentation for its security-cookie details.
Service providers and international processing
Our website is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Emails addressed to info@isyncflow.com are forwarded by Porkbun to our Gmail account, which is provided by Google. These providers process the information necessary to deliver their services.
These services involve international infrastructure, including processing outside the European Economic Area. The providers publish information about their processing and transfer arrangements: OpenAI, Cloudflare, Porkbun, and Google. Contact us for information about the arrangements relevant to your data.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or a portable copy of your data. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Deletion is not absolute: some information must be kept to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Email info@isyncflow.com with your request. We may ask for proportionate information to confirm your identity. We normally respond within one month; if an extension is permitted and needed, we will explain it within that month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority or another competent supervisory authority.
Changes to this notice
We will update this notice if the website or our information-handling practices change. If we add features requiring consent, such as advertising tracking, we will request that consent before activating them.
